Whereas the album version of Jimmy Edgar’s “Hot, Raw, Sex” is straight up sweaty funk, Brooklyn producer Machinedrum retains some of the slick keys and vintage synth sounds of the original, but cranks up the BPMs for a bass-heavy workout. Skittering garage funk doesn’t get much better than this!
